1. What is this Kit

• This Kit is a sliding gate automation - gate opener System.

• This Kit is suitable for standard sliding gate weigh up to 300Kg

• This Kit is solar powered. Solar components are included in this Kit.

• The basic Kit including two KingGates Stylo remote-control Units. You can add more remote- control Units to this Kit. The Stylo has 4 Buttons.

• No limitation for the gate’s length.

• This Kit comes with two emergency manual gate release keys.

• Commercial gates.

• Residential gates.

3. The Dynamos 400 / 424 power options

• This Kit powered by 24V solar System.

• The basic Kit including:

  • One 40W-24V solar Panel.

  • Charger controller Unit.

  •  Two heavy duty 12V/ 7Amp sealed acid Batteries.

• For intensive use, or where no full sun exposure:

  • Second and third panels can be added to max 120W power.

  •  Alternative battery 20Amp box is optional for intensive use, please contact us for this option.

4. Operation Modes - This Kit can be setup in 4 different operation methods:

• Step by step setup (open/stop/close).

• Fully automatic setup command will open and the gate automatically closing.

• Automatic closing with intervention  – gate can stop open.

• No stop  - open and close only.

5. Force

• The Motor of this Kit - Dynamos 400 / 424 will move standard gates of up to 300Kg

• where gate is on a sloop, cantilever, or non-standard gate with excessive friction, the speed and force may reduce.

6. Safety sensors requirements

Safety setup may depend on the operation mode.

The safety regulation at your area must be followed.

• For step by step setup (open/stop/close) -  safety sensor Sets are recommended.

• For automatic closing setup, and no stop mode  – minimum one safety sensor Set required.

• For better safety - two safety sensors Sets recommended, on opening and closing sides.

• Notes: This Kit proved with special energy saving mode and connections for solar powered system.

1. Technology

• The Dynamos 400 / 424 Unit base on 24V and enabling the use of low voltage solar system.

• Higher duty cycle achieved by using 24V system.

• With the low voltage system duty cycle increases to be 50 – 80 % depends on operation setup mode.

• The Dynamos 424 combined with KingGates standard 24V control unit- G8. This unit is so easy to program due to its automatic programming function. The Dynamos 400 / 424 boasts many innovative features including slow-down facility when opening and closing, obstacle detection to ensure safety, wind detection secondary safety input for additional photo cells or safety edges, and partial opening for pedestrians or other use.

10. The Dynamos 400 / 424 is 100% Italian made.

11. Technical Features
